Each request is linked to your Domuss home, the relevant equipment and optionally the scheduled maintenance task - for more relevant quotes. Sharing with partner tradespeople is optional: you must enable it per home (billing owner only) before any transmission. Only postal code, city, category, description, budget, urgency and approximate distance are sent initially; your email and phone are shared only after a tradesperson sends you a proposal. Complete the intervention log after the work to feed your expense tracking.
Explicit consent
No data is sent to tradespeople without your prior agreement for the relevant home. You can withdraw this consent at any time from the home details screen; ongoing requests will no longer be visible to partners.
