Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Domuss, a mobile digital home maintenance logbook app published by Programini (“we”), as well as the website https://domuss.app and associated web services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Domuss notably allows you to: • inventory the equipment in a home; • link official open data (DPE, cadastre, risks, fiber, etc.); • generate a maintenance schedule and reminders; • keep a history of interventions and expenses; • share the logbook with family or via a public link (depending on the plan); • export a Home file PDF (depending on the plan); • request quotes from partner tradespeople, subject to explicit per-home consent (see privacy policy). Domuss is not a regulated real-estate diagnostic, nor a rental management tool, nor a substitute for a qualified professional for mandatory interventions.

3. User account

Using the app requires an account (email / password, Google or Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age to contract in your country, or have authorization from a legal representative.

4. Free plan and Premium

Domuss uses a freemium model: • Free: 1 home, unlimited equipment, full history. • Premium: unlimited homes, Home file PDF, family sharing, public link and associated advanced features. The Premium subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play (price shown in the stores, currently €9.99/year indicative). Renewal is automatic unless you cancel in the store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds and payment disputes are governed by the terms of the relevant store.

5. User content and acceptable use

You remain the owner of the content you add (photos, invoices, notes). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store, display and process it solely in order to provide the Service. It is prohibited to use Domuss to: • circumvent security or access limits; • distribute unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights; • automate abusive requests (scraping, spam); • impersonate another person. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy: https://domuss.app/en/privacy. You can delete your account from the app or via https://app.domuss.app/delete-account.

7. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Maintenance or incidents may occur. We may evolve the Service (features, freemium limits, interface). Substantial changes to the Terms will be indicated by updating the date and, where applicable, by notification. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Programini cannot be held liable for: • decisions made on the basis of displayed schedules, reminders or open data; • delays or failings of a professional or partner tradesperson; • unavailability of stores, networks or third-party services (Google, Apple, Firebase, IONOS, etc.); • indirect damages (loss of opportunity, lost profits). Open data information is provided for guidance only; legal obligations and certificates remain the responsibility of the competent professionals.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, its code and its editorial content are protected. No license is granted beyond personal use of the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (app or https://app.domuss.app/delete-account). We may terminate or restrict access in case of a Terms violation, a security risk, or discontinuation of the Service. Account deletion results in erasure or anonymization of associated personal data, subject to the reservations set out in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
