1. Introduction
This privacy policy explains how Programini (“we”) processes personal data when you use Domuss - our mobile app, this website (https://domuss.app) and associated web services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use Domuss, we may process: • Account information: email address, name and authentication identifiers (including tokens / identifiers provided by Google or Apple in case of social login). • Home and maintenance data: homes, equipment, interventions, expenses and associated content (photos, documents) that you add. • Technical and device data: push notification tokens, platform, app version, and crash diagnostics (Crashlytics) on test / production builds. • Subscription data: premium status and identifiers linked to your account via RevenueCat and the stores. • Usage data: actions needed for operation, security (including reCAPTCHA Enterprise scores on email auth) and improvement of the Service. • Support contact data: messages you send us.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to: • Create and manage your account and provide Domuss features. • Enrich the home profile with open data (cadastre, DPE, risks, etc.) based on the address or coordinates you provide. • Send maintenance reminders and other notifications you enable. • Process and verify in-app subscriptions and entitlements. • Protect the Service against fraud and abuse (reCAPTCHA, security logs). • Operate, maintain and improve the Service. • Comply with our legal obligations.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us deliver the Service, including: • Google (Google sign-in, reCAPTCHA Enterprise) and Apple (Sign in with Apple). • Firebase Cloud Messaging - push notifications; Firebase Crashlytics - crash reports (test / production builds). • RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play - subscriptions and purchases. • IONOS - hosting of the API, databases, website and files (photos, documents). • Open data sources (IGN, ADEME, Géorisques, PVGIS, ARCEP, Hub'Eau, Open-Meteo, etc.) - technical queries based on address / coordinates / INSEE code, with no advertising purpose. • Partner tradespeople (quote matching) - only if you explicitly enable sharing for a given home (per-property opt-in, billing owner only). When you submit a request: work category, description, postal code, city, indicative budget, urgency, timestamps, approximate distance and display name. After a tradesperson sends you a proposal: email and phone. Not shared: full street address, inventory, EPC/cadastre or household members. You can withdraw this consent at any time from the home details screen; requests will then no longer be visible to tradespeople. These providers process data according to our instructions and with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety and integrity.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from the Domuss app (Settings > Delete account) or via the web page https://app.domuss.app/delete-account after signing in. Upon deletion, we erase or anonymize associated personal data, subject to limited retention for security, fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations. Billing records managed by Apple, Google or RevenueCat may be retained by those platforms in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
6. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or a region with similar rules, you may have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to certain processing, as well as a right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@domuss.app. You can also delete your account as described above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: CNIL, the French data protection authority).
7. Cookies and local storage
The Domuss marketing site does not use advertising cookies. We may store your theme preference (light / dark / system) locally in the browser. The account web app may use cookies or session storage required for authentication.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse (HTTPS, JWT authentication with rotating refresh, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
